Our technician was Daeshawn out of the Daytona office. Daeshawn called the morning of to confirm the appointment and give an approximate time of arrival. He then called approximately 10 minutes before his arrival at our home to let me know he was on his way. He was a VERY POLITE and PROFESSIONAL young man. He had our old, cracked windshield out and the new one replace in a very short amount of time. There was no mess whatsoever left behind when he was done. I would definitely recommend Safelite and Daeshawn to all my friends and family.

This morning I had an appointment with Safelite to have my windshield replaced. This could not have been a better experience. How ever much Safelite pays DeShawn, he should get a raise. The was so nice and courteous. He answered any questions I had, took care of replacing my windshield quickly and even transferred my toll sticker to the new windshield.

The staff at 921 N Nova. RD in Daytona Beach Florida. The place is spotless inside & out. the staff are all friendly & welcoming They know the job whether they are at the desk or doing the actual work. they talk to each other in pleasant voices & are the same with customers. I believe I was assigned to Samantha & JOEY. I would rate them both 100% in terms of courtesy, knowledge & peeformance. There is a science behind the work down & they are poised, clear & confident. they took me out to the car to explain potential problems with the car frame that was apart from the work of the day. The service time was less than than I had been told to expect which was a welcome surprise. I was not a science experiment. I was gifted with excellent service by people who throughly knew the science of their job and worked well together.
