Our technician was Daeshawn out of the Daytona office. Daeshawn called the morning of to confirm the appointment and give an approximate time of arrival. He then called approximately 10 minutes before his arrival at our home to let me know he was on his way. He was a VERY POLITE and PROFESSIONAL young man. He had our old, cracked windshield out and the new one replace in a very short amount of time. There was no mess whatsoever left behind when he was done. I would definitely recommend Safelite and Daeshawn to all my friends and family.
