Jared was professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained everything well, set expectations, and delivered a service that went above and beyond. He had the old windshield out quickly and the new one in and ready to go in record time. I appreciated his candor and everything went perfectly. Had a mobile Safelite service come to our home to replace the windshield on our truck. The technician, Jared, was a real marvel. Interesting to watch the process, & he obviously had been doing this job for some time. Had a well stocked tool truck, all the right equipment, knew all the tricks of the trade. Our windshield was the original on an '05 GMC Sierra truck & did not want to come out. He made the whole process look easy. Personable & fun to chat with while he was working, If we ever have need again we will ask for him by name. Great job Jared!!
