1. Cell phone "DEAD ZONES". Cannot send or receive TEXTS. Way too many IGNORANT/UNDEREDUCATED "GEEKS" setting up these SITES. Tried to contact my site to inform them of a secondary problem. I haven't any problem with this shop. The problem is the website - that's the service that I am rating. Not the SHOP!!

Each time I called the SAFELITE office who was handling my claim for USAA, I spoke to a clerk who asked who was repairing the glass; Each time I explained that it was SAFELITE and the clerks still acted as if they did not have the repair scheduled for me - This is the first time I have used SAFELITE for a claim, but will porbably be the last.

Excellent work done by Kern. Kern was professional and knowledgeable about replacing windshields. My windshield looks so much better and I no longer am distracted by a cracked windshield while driving.
