After living with a windshield chip right in my view for over a year, I finally decided it was driving me crazy and had to go. It was easy to have Safelite come to my house instead of driving an hour to the city. It was simple to set up online. I confirmed the appointment for the day I wanted and that morning the driver even notified me that he was on the way. The tech was on time and finished replacing my windshield on my 12-year-old car in about an hour. I should have done this a long time ago! Scheduling service went really well. Replacement was done in the time estimated BUT inside of windshield was dirty on the inside and there was an active DTC code! Technician said it would clear but it didn't - until I did a FULL power cycle through "Safety" and "Power Off".

Luis was early for the appointment and made my day . He got right to it and did a great job. Fully answered all my questions and did a great install and recalibration of all my stuff. Very happy customer, would always us Safelite.
