This was a good experience even though replacing a windshield is not. Everything was ready for me when I arrived for my appointment and the day went as I was prepared for it by the front office. The text alerts and confirmations kept me informed. The tech went over what he did personally with me - and he was so very nice and so informed. The only thing that was a little unnerving was that I didn't get a call until nearly 4:45 that my car was ready, but I had anticipated their closing at 5:00 and had started toward the shop. I really needed my car, and I wanted to be sure to be able to pick it up before they closed.
