The technician was on time and polite. He did have a hard time getting the old windshield out and ended up busting the old windshield out. There was nothing placed to cover the inside of the car to catch any of the glass. It just fell and covered the inside of my car. He did vacuum out most of the bigger pieces but the amount of small shards of glass will probably take months to get out. I have already pulled glass out of my hand and legs after driving to a carwash to vacuum more. Outside of the broken glass everything was fine and pleasant but having the amount of glass in my car that I have makes it hard to recommend satellite.
