They sent emails and texts saying my appointment was coming up and then the day of. Asked me to pay upfront or make payment arrangements BEFORE and work was completed. And the day of the appointment a no show and no communication from the tech. When I called after the time frame all I could talk to was AI which was totally useless. Poor business practices. I do not recommend.

I had a bad experience with Safelite in the past and was not happy that my insurance was recommending this business. I worked with Shawnee and let her know my concerns. She did her best to return my faith in Safelite. Because of her service, I no longer concerned with using your company for my windshield repair.
