Easy to use App. Schedules service on Sunday & had an appointment for Monday. Scheduled appt. for 9am, got there at 8:15am. Was greeted by Pete (Tech. working the desk). He was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable & courteous. He inspected the 2 chips on my 2025 Cadillac XT6 windshield & said they could repair these chips. Adam (Tech. ) started repairs within 15 mins. He was also very friendly, professional, knowledgeable & courteous. The repairs were completed in less than an hour. I was very satisfied with the service & repairs. Highly recommend Safelite in Harvey, La.

Repairman contacted me, we made a time, he was there on time. He discovered that we had the wrong windshield and he rushed back to the warehouse and got the correct one and came right back. It was installed in less than an hour. He was friendly and knowledgeable, and the price was not outrageous. Great experience, I hopefully won't need another windshield, but if I do, Safelight will be my first call.

Leo came out to repair our windshield; our vehicle has a rearview screen (rather than a mirror) and a camera, all housed near the top of the windshield. He was great to fix and make sure everything was recalibrated correctly. Recommend!

My experience with safelite was awesome. Well I would like to start by saying how polite he was to me and my daughter. I am disabled and don't drive. This past Friday it was storming I mean heavy rain. So my technician suggested that he is going to go to shop ndrop off windshield and be back to KY house. The whole time he is running literally in n out of rain. So he comes back drives my truck to shop and returns in about an hour. I asked when can my sister drive it. We'll he said I waited at shop until your truck was ready to go. One last note I also asked about it getting late on a Friday. Will you have time to finish. He told me you are my customer and I go home when your truck is complete. I hope I stared the right name. The service location was on lapalco in Harvey. Awesome service. I wish every service I get would be like theirs!!!
