The front desk clerk could use some manners. She was very gruff. Also when they called the day before they could’ve mentioned I needed to bring the key card for the Tesla. It would be good to mention the payment, I was supposed to learn I had to pay deductible. I have a weird discoloration in the glass passengers side bottom. I’m going to bring it by and see what it is.
