Service time was suppose to be 8-12, I received a call at 9 that it would be between 11-1. Then at 10:55 I received a text that my technician was on his way and would be there at 10:45. At 1pm no one had shown up, I called the technician no answer then I called the service number and she told me it showed he had already been there then she said he got hung up and was running late. At 1:20 he showed up.
