No phone to call, no live chat with a person. Have to type "agree" before AI will chat with you, but despite repeated requests, will not show you what you are agreeing to. Go to a Real SHOP, with REAL people who pay REAL people to answer a phone. This was stupid.

Service from this location was excellent, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly. Brody and his team did an excellent job on my 2015 A3, he briefed me on what was going on with the replacement, my vehicle was cleaned and ready to go. The shop manager was friendly and understanding.

I first scheduled for a Saturday afternoon install at my home. No one showed up and no one called. Not impressed. Following week, Saturday morning, showed up with the wrong type of windshield. Again, not impressed. Third week, Saturday afternoon, success! I was given a discount, which I appreciate, but I would have preferred to have gotten it done the first time.
