Safelite was had quick available appointments and were ready to fix my vehicle right on time. The only thing I wish they had done is told us to read the email with directions about the new windshield before we left or told us it needed to sit for 30 minutes before we drove it. We left immediatly for a 2 hour drive home. Got down the road about 15 minutes them read the email that stated it should sit for 30 minutes. Probably not the best thing, if we had been told we would not have done that.

Their communication is terrific. They always go above my expectations in terms of how long they take, using a RainX coat and providing new wipers, as well. I highly recommend Safelite services!
