We were heading to NY for a vacation when a truck kicked up a rock into our windshield. We used the 1-800 number and were able to book an appointment the next day. The phone person was great, and did all the paperwork/ insurance checks, so the next day was easy and it took less time to replace the windshield than we thought it was going to take

18” crack in windshield after truck kicked up stones and hit. 1st time actually using that insurance glass coverage. SL website very easy to connect with insurance so no paperwork (hopefully nothing later). Appt set up easy, dropped off 930, picked up right after 5 just as they were closing, fortunately I got there before they left. Very helpful staff but all hands on busy so no one in office to answer questions. But help at main phone number assured me job would be done and it was, just after closing time. Texts/emails good but delayed so pay attention to closing time. Def not done in an hour. Staff informed me of all at pickup. Mine was replacement, no cracked glass, no prob w mess. FYI I used resin from rain-x kit to hold crack till it was fixed, worked to stop crack growing—not sure necessary but safer that way. Only restriction on pickup was no car wash for 24hrs. Went straight into rain on pickup and no leaks.
