I had Safelite come and replace my windshield only for them to let me know. There was a defect with my car and the rear view mirror had broken. I was told someone would reach out. I called every single day following as I drive for work and was unable to get answers as customer service said they were unable to reach the store. Finally, someone in customer service scheduled me a warranty visit the next week. I had that visit and was told that they had to reorder a new bracket in order to fix the rear view mirror. I then got a mess of text messages insinuating that the project had been completed and everything was fine. Called for another week to get an update on when it would be fixed. They were able to pull up my services and schedule me an appointment. There's little to no communication and honestly had I not stayed on top of it I doubt it would have ever been fixed or resolved.

Kim was absolutely amazing. We had a chip we thought we needed fixed. She had a busy day and I hate that when she got here she determined that the chip had already been filled so it felt like a waste of time,but she was so sincere and didnt act like it was an inconvenience at all.
