Ken did a great job with my windshield installation. He called me ahead of time to give me his ETA and asked if I had any questions. After the install he explained what he did, when I needed to take the tape off, and that it was important to wait the 72 hours before getting a car wash. He asked if I had any questions and shook my hand. He was very professional and friendly. Thankfully it was a very different experience than the attempted repair of the windshield by another person.

While I was not super happy when my glass cracked with glass repair with another tech, I would say by overall experience with the glass replacement was great! They scheduled me quickly at my home. Tech was early and flexible. He communicated well and did a nice job. No complaints!

Emma arrived late compared to our expectation. But she professionally replaced our Toyota Highlander windshield in amazingly fast time. She was very organized and knew exactly what to do. She was very willing to explain the process and the tools that she was using. It was interesting watching her recalibrate, the electronics of cruise control and lane departure and automatic braking.
