Mike from the covington store came for a mobile windshield replacement on our porsche macan. When we got home the car would not start. I know stuff happens, but when we call, there is no option for speak to a human. I went to the store and I was told we can come on Monday. Today is Friday so no car for the weekend. Poor customer service.
