I gave 3 stars because the technician that finally replaced the windshield was good. The first guy didn't have the seals he needed and the communication was not great with the office. I know rain isn't their fault which is why I'm not mad that the second guy couldn't replace the windshield. I finally just went to the shop to get it done. I've had my windshield replaced multiple times in Colorado and the experience was amazing, the experience down here in Texas was not good.

Adrian kept me up to date on his projected arrival time, and replaced my broken window quickly and efficiently. He even transferred my registration sticker and toll tag to the new window so well that it was impossible to say they hadn't always been there. The new window was indistinguishable from the factory original except that it had no chips and no big crack like the one he replaced! And all of this happened easily in my own driveway while I worked in the house. It's the only way to have your window replaced in my opinion.

Great fast service. I love that they will come to you if needed. But for my full windshield replacement I had to drop off my truck and they had it out in less than 2 hours! The job was a great job done.
