The company rescheduled on me two times around 2-3pm each time. Finally, the third time I got my window installed and the tech did a great job. The window seems to be a good quality. However the installation was scheduled for 2-5 and it was done at 6:30pm. So make sure you are not on a schedule that matters with this company.

1st the new glass broke upon intallation. No biggie, just replace. Told me was 7-10 days to replace. Finally got them to agree to come back in 2 days. Spent an hour on the phone to get this to happen. Charged my card anyways!!!
2 days pass and they wanted to charge me again. Spents hours on the phone to Corp. Nobody could figure anything out. Nobody is keeping any records of when and what or the hell is going on. Somebody finally figured out I paid. The intstaller finally came back and replaced. What a bunch of bumvling fools.
