Management at this location is rude and ignorant. When I got there to pick up my car, they expressed that my total after insurance is close to $700. He said that I had received a phone call the previous day with this information. I indeed didn't receive such call and I offered to show them my call records which he declined.
When I expressed that I wasn't expecting that and that they should have told me, I was stared at and only when walking away saying that management just doesn't care about the customer's experience, he said "What do you expect me to do"?
The answer is apologize that I had this experience. I knew it was too late to get my old glass back and considered an emergency option to pay. All I needed them to do is say, "I'm so sorry that our staff didn't call. I will coach them to be more reliable about notifying our customers".
That's it! I begrudgingly got a "sorry" from the manager at the time. You need to give management sensitivity training.
I do want to call out the receptionist though. She was sweet and empathetic in a way that management couldn't or wouldn't be. Great job to that young lady!

My technician was Lida. I was very distressed when my window next to the driver's side of the front seat was broken, and I couldn't drive my car. However, I was relieved and pleased that SafeLight and Lida were able to replace it so quickly and the repair included clean up of all the broken glass. Thank you!

After attempting to fill two chips that spread during the repair, Safelite made a new appointment and replaced the windshield. Davonte was friendly and skilled. He had it finished within the expected time.

The technician that fixed my windshield was so amazing. My window was 12-5, and he called around 3 saying another issue came up and he wouldn't get there by 5. He got there around 6:30 I think, and fixed my windshield, recalibrated my car even though it was getting dark on a Saturday night. He was polite and efficient, and clearly dedicated. Very impressed.
