After a few problems concerning needed parts Installation went great. Installers showed up at the correct time and did a bang-up installation. I was impressed at how knowegible they were about how to do the installation. My vehicle is 20 years old and the installers were great. Also were very informative and friendly to deal with. Russel was very professional about his work, very neat with clean-up, with a very friendly personality. I would suggest a review of the scheduling e-mail. It started out "for you 8am appointment". At the bottom it states 8am to 5pm. However, the 8am at the top stood out and we waited most of the day until a phone call informed us the appointment would be at 2pm.

Had 2 car windshields to do. One went flawlessly, the other not so much. For some reason my S350 was being difficult. The windshield ordered didn't fit. Luckily, the Tech (Jesse) was paying attention and verified fitment before removing the old windshield. Jesse contacted his boss and got everything figured out and rescheduled this car. We ended up getting a factory windshield ordered. I am not even upset about it. Jesse did a great job and I appreciate his professionalism working on my cars. Mercedes can sometimes be a pain with all of the stuff that has to be removed to get a windshield out, not to mention the multiple windshield options.
