I have had to use safelite twice - once to repair a chip on my windshield and once to replace the whole windshield. Both times an instance came up that made me trust the company. The first time, I asked the technician if I should have the entire glass repaired or just the chip and he asked about my commute to work and eventually said just the chip should be replaced. The second time was last week when I got my whole windshield replaced and they asked if I wanted my wipers also changed. I first said no because I figured they were upselling it, but after asking my husband if they were due to be changed he said maybe. I compared the price of the wipers through safelite to the same brand ones that my husband purchases and the cost was only a few dollars more so I said to go ahead and change them. After the windshield was replaced they told me my wipers looked good and didn’t need to be changed. It felt good knowing they don’t take advantage of customers!

We had an incident of vandalism on our city block. 16 car windows were broken. My insurance uses Safelite and told me to call them. I called the same day of the incident and they were out within 24 hours. They repaired the window with 20 minutes of arrival and I was able to use the window and car immediately. . Ghe technician cleaned up any mess and was pleasant and informative. I will use Safelite again and I will recommend them to friends and family.

Very good experience with Safelite. Scheduling was easy, and the service person that replaced my windshield was very professional and did an excellent job. Would recommend them too anyone needing any glass replacement.
