We were able to make an appointment through our insurance carrier's website for the day after our windshield was damaged. Our car was taken right in, we walked down the street to have lunch and when we returned our car was ready! Everyone at the center was terrific and our new windshield is functioning well.

I got a new windshield but now there's a gap between the windshield and frame of my car. The weather strips are flapping everywhere and I probably have to either glue them back in or cut them off.
