First started with telling me that they would have the glass within a few days and it ended up taking over a month and never called me - I had to call them over and over (and note they never answer the phone and don't have voicemail so I had to call the main office that "relayed the message" to this shop. Then they didn't install the wiper I ordered. They first denied that I ordered it until I emailed them the copy of the order. Then they said they weren't willing to come out and install it and hung up on me after I said that was an unacceptable resolution. I just wanted the wiper installed as I ordered. They refused.

Safelite technician came to fix my windshield and ended up breaking my rearview mirror. I understood that the car is older and we are in Florida, meaning it breaks a lot easier. However, all he did was try to duct tape it back on. It is ILLEGAL to drive in Florida without this and they told me it will be several days until I can get it fixed. Called the manager Kevin who could not care less, told me plenty of people drive without it. So unprofessional and condescending. I blame the manager not the technician.

the glass was installed perfectly just be careful with your sunpass or whatever you have inside of your car . i would not trust on them. they took my suntpass stating i can not use it that was thrown to garbage just to use it ! i ca not believe it so cheapy jajj
