Their repair creates a bigger problem in the glass with distortion
Review by Sue on 15 Oct 2026review stating Their repair creates a bigger problem in the glass with distortion
Somehow when a small mosquito sized crack was being repaired they created a distortion in the glass about 1.5 inches in diameter around the small crack spot . They said I could have them replace the windshield and file a claim with my insurance company. Go somewhere else to get it done correctly

We're sorry to hear that the repair attempt did not meet your expectations. The repair process is only an attempt to save the integrity of the glass. At times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. We hope this information was helpful, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you.

Review by Todd on 29 Sep 2026review stating Fast and perfect
I say this was one of the fastest I’ve had a windshield installed. I called and they came out the next day. Came when they promised, did great job. Alex was the installer I would definitely have him work on my vehicles again.
