Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible service I had my windshield replaced on July 11th and notice after they left that the installer didn't install the cowl push pins to hold it in place and he scratched the cowl while installing the windshield. I called and got the warranty dept. and told them the issue and that I was not real happy with the service after spending $530.00 dolars for a windshield. I told them that I went with them because I heard that they had great service and I didn't want any issues. I told them that I wanted a new Ford cowl and I wanted the service tech to show up at 4:00 pm so I wouldn't have to miss work and he said he couldn't promise that and I was not happy and he was not concerned about that at all. I also told him that they needed the correct push pins that go with the cowl . Needless to say I was not a happy camper after that phone and talking to a person that didn't seem to care if I had to miss work again because of there lack of skilled by their personnel. He told me that the installer would be their between 12:00 and 5:00 pm and that was the best they could do and the soonest they could get their was July 24th. I almost forgot but he also asked me at the beginning of the conversation if I could bring it by their shop to be fix... I thought that was insane to ask for me to go thru traffic and to their shop on my time to fix their issue... So on the morning of July 24th I recieve a phone call from the tech Shawn that he would be out between 12:00 and 5:00 to install my windshield... I told him that I didn't need a windshield I needed the cowl replaced that the other tech messed up. He didn't know anything about a cowl and had to call the shop and he would get back to me. This also didn't make me happy at all... When I got off the phone with him I called their office and told them I needed to speak to the manager . Derek (the manager) got on the phone and I explained how disappointed I was with their service and lack of coordination with their techs. I also expressed how out the warranty person didn't care about my time from work and how he was not willing to budge on the install times and that I had to miss work again. Derek was very accommodating to try and fix the issue and told me that someone would call Monday the 27th to schedule the install of the cowl. I told him also to make sure that the plastic push pins that hold the cowl in place need to come with the cowl because they were missing and probably would come with the cowl. He said that if they didn't that their tech woul have plenty of them on the truck. So someone called me the 27th at 4:00 to schedule the install of the cowl and the parts were in. He told me that they could install the 29th between 12:00 and 5:00pm ... I told him that Derek said that they would work to my schedule so it wouldn't effect my work. I told him that I would be home at 4:00 pm to meet their installer and he wouldn't commit to that time so I told him that Derek told me they would work to my schedule and said that he had to check with him and he would call me back. He got with Derek and we set a time after I told him that it needed to be 4:00 he still try to change it to 3:00 after Derek told him to set it up for 4:00. So here we are today the 29th and the tech shows up at 4:15 and guess what he has no plastic push pins to install the cowl... NOT SURPRISED!!! After I told the warranty person the first time and Derek last week about the plastic push pins. So here we are after three service calls still not fixed and very unhappy with the service. I'm calling Derek in the morning to discuss he was already gone today. I told the tech that they needed to pull the semantic from ford and get the correct parts from ford so we would have the correct parts next time. I willing to bet that the next time they come out they do not have the right parts to install the cowl. Very disappointed with your service.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Service and Quality Work! I had to have my entire windshield replaced recently. I chose Safelite based on reputation and I was not disappointed. I actually screwed up and signed up for the wrong time slot online. Even though I was 2 hours late and did not have an appointment, the staff fit me in and installed my windshield in about 90 minutes. Very pleased and will recommend to friends and family.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very disappointed! Have used your company in the past and the service was great and the technician could not have been better! This time not so much!! 1st your add say's you will come to me as you have in the past, not true was told no longer came to my address. Then making the appointment was very hard over the phone and had to call 3 times trying to get it corrected and when I finally did think I had gotten it correct your phone person did not get the date correct and after waiting 2hrs called to find out where the technician was was told I had gotten the date incorrect!! Then I drove to the Norcross location and got it repaired their. The windshield on this car has been repaired before and as I stated above they did a great job and you cant tell that it has been fixed this time very disappointed in the repair!!! No hiding its location nor the repair. Your people seemed more interested in making sure that I new it might not work having the repair done.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Brought the wrong windshield two times. Brought the wrong windshield two times. Had to wait weeks after the first wrong one only to get another wrong one. Everything was fine after about four weeks and about an hour on the phone. Makes me wonder why they wanted a review.
