I had a cracked windshield on my brand new 2026 car replaced recently. I commend the technician for his honesty. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend to anybody.
Waited for mobile safelite to arrive for 5 hours. On contacting them come to find they changed the appointment from mobile to in shop. Staff there did not give me any explanation why and who changed the appointment? Why they did not contact me and explicitly told me about this change? They were unapologetic for the incident. Only explanation that we sent you an email with the change and you should read your emails. Poor attitude pretty much 'do you want appointment or not'? Even the call center person who picked up the phone was frustrated with the shop employee behavior before transferring my call to them. Spoke to assistant manager there who again had hard time explaining the behavior because there is none. He was again with unapologetic attitude booked the appointment. They may have good technicians which I never get to experience but it could be very frustrating to get there in my experience.
