Saturday timing are 8am to 5pm on store location, online 8 to 12pm but actually when i came on Saturday 9. 30 am, store close. Even when call, customer service can't even find their store manager for this location. So very painful when this kind of chain business made this mistake.

After windshield was installed, the vehicle was in the garage for a few days. I took it out and washed it. I noticed a 2-3 inch scratch on the driver side of the hood. I polished the vehicle before the windshield was replaced. There was no scratch. I contacted Safelite and a tech was sent to I spest the vehicle. He said nothing. 2 days later Dave the manager called me and left a message stating that Safelite did not scratch the hood and there will not repair it. I called him back. He said well there is no way of knowing that we scratched it. I said there is no was no way of proving you didn’t scratch it. He said we will not have the vehicle repaired. The vehicle was not out of the garage from the time of installation to the time of inspection. Very poor business ethics. I will never use them again !!!!!!! I will never recommend them !! The replacement of the windshield is good. It’s the after service that is terrible!

No one answers the phone…..it’s all automated. The website kept telling me that there were no appointments to come to your home. We had to take the car there/ They gave me a quote of 500 then gave me a bill for 1000 for calibration. They should give you that price from the beginning.
