Our technician showed up on time and got straight to work. I went outside to check in because I saw it was about to rain. He was finished with the work, but was taking the time to remove our EasyPass sticker from the old windshield because we forgot to do it. He got it off and put it on the new windshield without being asked. He also re-attached my phone dock to the new windshield without being told to do so. He was very thoughtful and thorough in his work and completed his work before the rain came. Excellent customer service and will use again if needed!

Windshield replaced via SafeLite , off Poole Rd. Looks like a good job performed. I just hope that the excessive heat does not mess with the curing of adhesive. Time will tell on that.

The tech was incredible the job was done well Only complaint is online presence we were email the car was done we returned to find it not completed Steve was able to get it done it just took about three more hours

I had an appoint on Saturday at 9:30, when I arrived there where so many people in the lobby, I just knew I was going to be there all day. The woman in front of me had an attitude b/c she thought this service would take 30min. I just knew they guy at the desk would have an attitude after that, I walked up smiling said good morning, and he gave me a warm friendly welcome explained my service told me how long it may take an offered me a chair if I wanted to wait inside, I explained that I would be leaving. After a few hours he called respectfully and let me know my car was ady to be picked up. Customer Service is not what it use to be, so when someone can still be friendly after being chewed out is rare

Travis was very polite and friendly. He had another worker with him but I can’t remember her name. She was also polite and friendly. They both were very professional and treated my vehicle as if it was their own. They made my experience pleasant and comfortable.
