Safelite is the only glass service I have used in Fort Mill. They do their best to retain the original windshield trims and keep the work as OEM looking as possible. Their prices are great and their service and customer service is always top notch.

They installed the windshield but didn't calibrate me vehicle because they installed the wrong windshield. They told me I would have to come back to get an OEM windshield installed when they have one and the would calibrate my vehicle at that time. lled my insurance company during the middle of the week to complain and inform them that my vehicle had lights flashing on the dash and that many features were not working due to this. I was told that an OEM windshield was in route from the warehouse to this location for install. When I arrived to get the install done I was told that the windshield didn't arrive because it broke in the warehouse. So now it's over two weeks and still no OEM windshield and still no calibration done. Then this morning while working I get an email from Safelite at 7:09 am to tell me that I have an install scheduled scheduled for 9am. Why was this emailed without calling me directly to schedule this. I am working and can't make that time. I then call directly to the Safelite location and try any prompt possible to get a live person on the phone and it just isn't happening. A couple of the prompts that I select to try to get a live person the call disconnects. At this point I am having to call my insurance company and have them call Safelite directly to get this sorted out and speak with a live person. What a mess. . . . Never again will I use Safelite.
