Set up the appointment on the only day they had available. Received a call in the morning telling me they could not get to me in the time frame they said they would. The trouble is I would be at work where they could not get to my car. The tech said he would call me back to let me know if they could route a different tech to repair my windshield. He called me back after I was able to talk to their district office. I got lucky that I could find someone to stay home with my vehicle so the repair could happen. The repair was fine.
