I had the windshield on my Ford Edge replaced last week at the Sioux Falls location. The service tech was one hard working young man! He kept me up to date throughout the day as to when he would be here. I ended up going to the Safelite location and he had us in and out in less than an hour. He has my 5 star rating…. . I just wish I could remember his name🤦🏼♀️ Safelite should be proud to have him!!!

I originally made a morning mobile appointment. I was told someone would be there between 8 am and 12 pm. I got a phone call that morning to confirm the appointment. I was told I was 3rd on the list. A couple text messages were exchanged because I wanted to confirm a possible time. At 12:30 pm I was still waiting. I texted to see if he would be here soon and was told no and that the 8-noon time frame was just an estimate. I told him I would have to reschedule and I preferred going to the locate in Sioux Falls. I had taken unpaid time off my job and just can't afford to do that anymore.
My appointment at the location was very good. The appointment was for 9 am and it was finished within an hour. I know now to always make appointments in the shop.
My rating on this review is considering the mobile appointment.

Safelite was easy to set up for a replacement of front windshield. The technician came to my house and replaced the windshield in a couple of hours. Very kind and polite, and was able to answer any question. Job was completed and working well!

The replacement went well and to my surprise was complete in half the time estimated. The service rep and I checked the new windshield and everything was good. It has been several days now since the installation and everything is looking good.
