Great communicaton received via text messaging through company, work completed timely and efficiently.
However, the installer was not friendly and creepy. I said hello to him when he first arrived and he looked at me angrily and said nothing back (no clue why he was acting so negatively towards me). That was a huge negative factor to me since customer service is a high point for me and customer service is supposed to be about being friendly and cordial at all times.
As he finished his job, he was arrogant towards me. Again, no idea why he was so negative considering that I was cordial and respectful towards him the entire time.

I had a great experience with Safelite service. The technician was professional, friendly and completed the job quickly. I received a call for the time the technician would arrive. I received a call when the technician arrived at my home and when he had completed the work. The new glass was installed perfectly, and the technician made sure everything was clean when he completed the job. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service made the entire process easy. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing auto glass replacement or repaired. I am sorry I didn't remember the technician's name. he did a great job.
