Review by Kierra L. on 26 Aug 2026review stating Service through the Storm
On Saturday, I was worried that we wouldn’t be able to complete my windshield replacement because of the unexpected storm heading our way. Mark went above and beyond by following me to a different location so the service could still be completed if the rain came through. And it definitely did!
The damage around us was catastrophic for some, yet Mark remained calm, professional, and committed to finishing the job. He replaced my windshield with ease, as though it were a beautiful, sunny day, and completed the service very quickly.
I am extremely satisfied and truly appreciative of the outstanding customer service I received. Mark was amazing! Please thank him again for me!
Review by T. H. on 26 Aug 2026review stating Does it REALLY take 3 hours?
I booked an early morning appointment, was the FIRST customer of the day, and gave myself MORE than the recommended 3-hour timeframe for them to complete my windshield install. At the 2-hour mark, I asked another technician if he could tell me how the replacement was going because 2 other customers who came in AFTER me were completed and out the door. The technician working on my truck came out and told me that while installing the trim he cracked the NEW windshield he was installing and that he would need to install another NEW one due to the current crack. I informed him that I had a flight to catch that day and that I needed to get to the airport. He stated that I could keep the newly-installed-CRACKED windshield and come back another day, or he would get it the new-NEW windshield installed in the next 45 minutes! Oh did I mention that I live in a VERY rural area so the nearest Safelite is located 2-hours from my house! Well, well, well. . . what do you know, the new-NEW windshield was installed in 45 minutes and I was out the door! So now I wonder. . . does it REALLY take 3-hours or is that just so they can move at a snails pace???? Well at least I no longer have a cracked windshield!
