Windshield replacement on new 2019 Subaru Outback that met a freeway flying stone within 24 hours after purchase was stressing me out. The Safelite national call center was prompt, friendly, and efficient. (The insurance company's intermediary - not so much....). Safelite quickly determined that Subaru replacement windshield was most prudent, got it approved by insurance company with no involvement by me, and scheduled it as promptly as possible. The installation process was also very efficient and their re-calibration of the 'eye-sight' (adaptive cruise control and lane departure cameras) was completed flawlessly. It's my first needed windshield replacement in 40+ years of driving. I'm extremely impressed and pleased with Safelite's specialized and efficient service.
