Our experience with safelite was great. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They communicated with me not only via text and email but also by phone. It was nice to hear a voice on the other end of the line letting me know they would be there and that day they were in their way. When they showed up, it was wonderful. The two young men were professional, friendly, and happy. They explained the process and time frame, and they went to work. I didn't have a worry at all.
