We had a rock "spider web" our windshield and we jumped on The Hartford website, which redirected us to the great Safelite website . . . 5 minutes later we had an appointment later the same week. We received several update e-mails and texts as the date approached, and the communication the day or our install was great! Joe shared his ETA, hit it within a couple of minutes and he was done within the timeline he estimated.
