Appointments don't mean anything and there is no common sense. We had an appointment to get our windshield fixed a noon to 5pm window. Since I made the appointment it defaulted to my phone number (could not change). I put a note in the "anything your technician should know" section stating that I was a teacher, could not answer the phone during the day, please call my husband at this #.
I got a call at about 11am that I could not answer. I got to lunch at 12:03 to find a text from the technician at 11:11 stating he was at our house (49min before our FIVE hour window) and would wait until 11:30 before moving on. He did not call my husband at the number requested. He did not ring the doorbell or knock. Just left.
We called back at 12:15 and were told the technician would come back after the current job. He did not.
They missed the 5 hour window. Did not call the number on file. Did not ring the doorbell. Did not come back during the window after being promised.

Better Directions to Facility

Everything is great once you get to their facility. The problem is that the linked directions take you to a road behind the facility in a warehouse facility. It is not obvious that you need to enter the back of the facility, take a service road by its side to get to the road address the link provides. They need a large Safelite sign out in the road that clearly point out the turn and the service road.
