My windshield and back slid door window was cracked and broken. I went online and found Safelite auto glass. Went on to the home page and ask for a quote on how much it would cost to get it repair. Safelite email me back with the quote and it fit the budget I was looking for especially with the economy like this now and days. I decided to drop of my car instead of them coming to the house because it was going to be a really hot day. Drop it off at (1715 Hwy 36 E, St Paul, MN 55109) at 9:00am and got the car done the same day @5pm. Kenneth was our service guy and he did a great job on repairing our windshield and back slid door window. He is very friendly and polite. Thanks you Safelite AutoGlass and Kenneth!

Appointments don't mean anything and there is no common sense. We had an appointment to get our windshield fixed a noon to 5pm window. Since I made the appointment it defaulted to my phone number (could not change). I put a note in the "anything your technician should know" section stating that I was a teacher, could not answer the phone during the day, please call my husband at this #.
I got a call at about 11am that I could not answer. I got to lunch at 12:03 to find a text from the technician at 11:11 stating he was at our house (49min before our FIVE hour window) and would wait until 11:30 before moving on. He did not call my husband at the number requested. He did not ring the doorbell or knock. Just left.
We called back at 12:15 and were told the technician would come back after the current job. He did not.
They missed the 5 hour window. Did not call the number on file. Did not ring the doorbell. Did not come back during the window after being promised.
