Waited around on a Saturday for our 7:30-12:30 window. Have not heard a word from the technician, even after confirming the appointment yesterday. Also, there is no way to speak to a human on the phone or even chat with someone to resolve this issue. Seems like this is a common issue, especially on Saturdays. Completely unprofessional and a way to waste the entire day.

Service was fast, Install was very good. Only issue with Safelite is they don't have a good phone number you can call if you have a question or an issue. They could not get the front camera calibrated. So I tried looking for number to call. All I got was a robot answering service. I spent an hour in a half trying to get some on the phone. I did finally get someone on the phone and they addressed my issue.

Scheduled an appointment a week ago and got a 7:30 to 12:30 window. At 7:55 I got a call from the technician confirming everything. He said he would call or text me when he was on his way. it is now 2:30 and haven't heard anything. Called customer service at 12:45 and was told that this was the technician's third job of the day and that he was "10 minutes away on another job". NO OTHER WORD FROM ANYONE! My Saturday was ruined.
