I met Ray right when he said he’d arrive, and he sent a reminder text 15 minutes prior. I hope I have his name correct. I ran inside to do a Zoom meeting. He quoted an hour to an hour and a half. I told him my nephew and brother in law were here doing some projects, in case he finished before me. I thought no way he’d be faster than my meeting! I never saw him again because the job was done In less than 45 minutes. He was so efficient and very polite. Window looks awesome. Highly recommend the service.

Scheduled via insurance claim for home replacement-received random text message the night prior to service at 7:30pm stating service had been cancelled and they took upon themself to rescheduled the next day at the local shop. Arrived at the shop waited for 15 mins for anyone to greet me at the counter however you could hear the employees in the shop while customers waited in line to be helped for 15 mins. when an employee arrived to greet me I was told they had no appointment for me and could probably squeeze me in around 11:00am (declined and went elsewhere for replacement)

I recently scheduled an appointment with Safelite to have the windshield replaced on our 2021 Toyota 4Runner. The scheduling and insurance assistance was totally smooth. Safelite sent several emails and texts that kept me well informed on what to expect on the appointment day. Steven, the Safelite technician arrived early and kept me posted on his progress. He was definitely very cordial and totally professional. This entire process was a complete positive experience; I'm impressed with Safelite's mobile service.
