The repair process is an attempt to save the integrity of the glass. At times the repair may still be visible depending on the size (width and depth) of the chip. If at any time the repair spreads and or you are unhappy with the repair; the paying party will be reimbursed the full repair amount upon scheduling a replacement, if you paid for the repair out of pocket, that amount will be credited toward the full replacement of your windshield. The glass was placed perfectly no complaints on that, but the dash was kinda stained. What is a big thing is the appointment,first was for 9:00am and they started at 12:00 and the car was done almost at 3:00pm so almost 6 hours because they were "behind" so the 2-3 hours they say on the website is a lie at least that was our experience thank God we live close and we didn't have much planned that day. Besides that they did a good job.

The technician Isaac, was very professional. He really took good care of my car. It did not take him long. He did such a fantastic job. I would consider him as one of your best employees.
