While I hate the fact that a rock from a dump truck hit my windshield, the service from safelite was excellent. The technician was on time, polite and clearly very good at what he does. The online scheduling was very customer friendly. I spoke with 2 techs, Jamin and Noah who were both very nice but ascertained that they need a specific tool to replace the window that was not available at that time. Within a couple of days the appointment was rescheduled with Dave who showed up early with said tool and quickly completed the repair. They were all great and the price matched the original estimate. Would definitely use them again and recommend Safelite.
