I booked an appointment and arrived a lot early, the technician Sean got my car right in! The estimated repair time was 2-3 hours, Sean had in repaired in one hour! What a nice surprise that was! Because this was an extension of a chip from last August ( which Safelite repaired then too), but additional cracks start to happen and were in the line of vision for driving, my insurance covered the whole cost to replace. And Sean did a great job!

I had my windshield replaced on my CRV June 10. The whole process was perfect ! Customer service, the tech Keith did a perfect job the estimated time spot on !! I would reccomend them for sure !!

Service staff were pleasant. Job was done in a few hours. Working TV would have been nice to pass the time. Next day I tried to use the windshield washers but no fluid to window, only ran to ground. Called Safelite and was told to return to servicing site and they will repair. No appt required. I went back the next day, and the problem was immediately corrected. It didn't seem like an unusual event. . . . maybe improve the quality checklist after servicing the car.
