The entire process was Great! It was a really hot day but he did such a great job. It made me happy that someone shortly assisted him right after taking off my windshield. They recalibrated my car and every thing was done beautifully. I hadn’t even took it to the wash due to the crack and had to vacuum the front seats that weren’t too bad but still had some grass and leaves in. The vacuumed it and wiped down my windshield. I’d definitely go through safelite again and recommend them!

My windshield cracked when I accidently let a wiper arm snap down on the glass, which chipped. Later cracks formed, so after a few days I called for an appointment to replace the windshield. I gave a 4 rating because it was not clear, at the time that the price included installed of new wipers, which I didn't need. I tried to get that changed alter, but it didn't work, so I am basically stuck with new wipers that I won't need for a couple of years.
