My windshield cracked when I accidently let a wiper arm snap down on the glass, which chipped. Later cracks formed, so after a few days I called for an appointment to replace the windshield. I gave a 4 rating because it was not clear, at the time that the price included installed of new wipers, which I didn't need. I tried to get that changed alter, but it didn't work, so I am basically stuck with new wipers that I won't need for a couple of years.

I appreciate how quick the repair man was able to come I was out of town so I was having a neighbor assist, and they finished and it looks great but there is still lots of glass pieces in the car seems like they just did a quick once over with a vacuum. I would have appreciated a more thorough cleaning of the glass.
