Safelite customer service advised to have the car "crash" wrapped until service. Arrived with no appointment and was taken care of within 10 minutes! Tuesday, tech arrived at home, installed new rear window and wiper cleaning up as much of the glass he could access. Very professional and great service from both tech agents.

Was rescheduled 3-4 times due to GEICO and Safelite not coordinating. Then, the technician scheduled for 1.30-5.30 slot did not come till 7 pm due to overbooking and problems. Did not get done till after 8 pm. The quality of work was excellent by Ray.
