Being offered two options to leave the vehicle or the no brainer option of having technicians come to the home for replacement within two days by an outstanding appointment scheduler was unbelievable customer service. Technicians phoned when 30 minutes out on the day of the replacement, arrived and immediately attacked the job in a most professional manner. Head technician Joel's years of experience allowed him to provide outstanding guidance to his assistant Mar during the whole replacement process. Both Joel and Mar showed attention to detail that I haven't seen in some time. Both are definite assets and should be rewarded appropriately during their next performance review. This experience/replacement was stress free from start to finish.
