Auto Glass Replacement Shop in Wilmington, DE

First attempt to replace my windshield was mobile on a 90+ degree day that did not go well. First, the replacement glass shattered . . . "heat stress" Safelite said. But more disturbingly there was back adhesive/mastic on the inside pillars which are light in color, almost a white . . . one particularly large area on the passenger side along with a set of finger marks higher up, plus lots of smears on the exterior pillars. I made a trip to Safelite for the manager Carlton to look at my issues. Second attempt was done at Safelite in the hopes that inconveniencing me even more would end in a successful installation and clean-up and Carlton was happy with that because he'd be able to "put hands on" for the clean-up. But the day of the second install Carlton was out. The on-site staff attempted to clean up everything but fell short and I'm thinking the only way to correct the large stain is to replace that pillar. But the windshield went in well on this second attempt and I was impressed by the tech that said he did the installation. He did point out that he was not involved in the cleaning effort. Oh, and the card I received before leaving says I should have had my floorboards vacuumed and that was not done.
