My experience with Safelite was wonderful and they were so accommodating to coming to my work rather than my house. I would recommend and use again if I need to.

Very satisfied with the service

I had the best service delivered to my home. I had a crack in my windshield that kept spreading due to the Texas weather leading to over 6 inches of snow. I was able to set up service through the safelite website easily and quickly. I had a phone call a few days before my scheduled service to let me know who my technician would be and to confirm my appointment. I was contacted twice the day of service prior to my appointment by my technician. Alex was very polite and worked diligently to replace my windshield. He was very respectful to me when talking to me about my service and provided me with all the information about maintaining my new windshield. It was the best service I've received for my vehicle. I would definitely recommend safelite to friends and family, and Alex was a phenomenal technician.
