Had to reschedule appointment 4 different times. Twice because of incorrect glass and because one piece of glass was a defect. Was happy with front office and mobile staff. Unhappy with the shop installer and installation.

The first person called in sick. The second person showed up. I had to work. I told him when he gets here that he needed to check in at the front office and when he does that, they will give him the keys to the vehicle. He showed up and called me again in the middle of my work and I had to give him the instructions again.
Then when it was my break, I went out to check on the progress. Everything looked fine; however he had taken my glove box out and never cleaned it up. I was still finding things that were in my glove box clear up underneath my seat later on.
I have a very clean vehicle, so it's not like he couldn't see the things lying there.

We were able to get a next day mobile appointment. Our glass repair specialist and the automated reminder system was flawless. Very prompt and professional. Richard called beforehand and had an opening earlier in the day and it worked out perfect. The scheduling, estimate and payment was very easy and pricing was competitive with other local businesses.
